This workshop helps you learn ways to improve your own wellbeing and includes:
- Create a moment of mindfulness and how to perform a relaxing reflexology routine to use on yourself or family member
- Understand more about everyday factors that impact on our health and wellbeing
- Conduct a lifestyle review to consider the impact on ageing
- Learn about five essential oils that can help with stress and anxiety
- Create your own de-stress bath or massage oil to take home
