This workshop helps you learn ways to improve your own wellbeing and includes:

  • Create a moment of mindfulness and how to perform a relaxing reflexology routine to use on yourself or family member
  • Understand more about everyday factors that impact on our health and wellbeing
  • Conduct a lifestyle review to consider the impact on ageing
  • Learn about five essential oils that can help with stress and anxiety
  • Create your own de-stress bath or massage oil to take home
