I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have completed a quality, nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology and have support from the AoR.

Bookings, Appointments and Booking Fees

Appointments

When making an appointment you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

When making the appointment you agree to a consultation with me prior to the treatment and you will disclose any relevant medical or lifestyle information.

If you present with any condition or symptom which could be a contraindication, I reserve the right to postpone our treatment until medical advice is sought. 

In return I will apply these high standards to myself. Should I feel unwell, unable to treat or it is inadvisable for me to treat, I will explain the situation to you as soon as possible before your treatment.

 Fees

Fees for all treatments are shown on the website. Fees are payable in full at the time of treatment or when booking through the website.

A non refundable and non transferable booking fee of £10 is required to secure your booking on that particular day and time.

Payment can be made via – Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.

I reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of any discounts.

Information relating to your method of payment

• At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure page on the website and taken via Stripe payment gateway. No payment details are kept on our website or servers. All payment data is fully secure and safe and processed through stripe who is fully PCI compliant.

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling Appointments

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. As you are aware the business is dependent on the number of clients I can see in the clinic hours. Therefore, if you are unable to make a previously arranged appointment, I request that you provide me with at least 48 hours notice. This will allow me the option to re-book the time slot with someone on my waiting list.

Your booking fee of £10 will not be refunded on cancellations or rearrangement of appointments and an admin fee of £10 will be charged to rearrange your appointment if you wish to do so.

Lateness

If you arrive late for your appointment the appointment will still end at the same time, unless I, Sue Burford is responsible for running late and then I, Sue Burford will ensure the full appointment time is given.

Gift Vouchers

I supply the option to buy vouchers for treatments. These may be given as gifts.

Expiry Date: Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

Lost of Stolen vouchers: will not be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds: gift vouchers are non-refundable

 

Use of background music

I only play Royalty free music within the business and therefore I am not required to have The Music License. 

Special Treatment License

As a member of the AoR, working under high standards, I am exempt from requiring a Special treatments license working within the Lichfield Borough.

 

Provision of additional therapies

I offer other therapies in addition to reflexology. I provide these therapies to the same high standard expected by the AoR for reflexology. I also have insurance in place for these additional therapies.
