About Sue

Ethos and Passion

As a qualified holistic therapist with over 25 years’ experience, I am a strong advocate of natural healing and treatments as an alternative to chemical medications. Correctly applied, holistic therapies can alleviate and improve pains in the body and enhance our mental health – a serious and often neglected area of our wellbeing.

Natural remedies can have tremendous benefits on mental and physical health and well-being. They

  • Boost the immune system
  • Improve sleep patterns
  • Vitalise energy levels
  • Lift mood and emotions
  • Improve clarity of thought

About Sue

Over time stress has become recognised as a major factor in our wellbeing, seriously impacting on our lives at home and work. Holistic therapy is no longer seen as a luxury or treat, but increasingly as a vital part of our essential health care.

I work with individuals suffering from physical and emotional pain, with adults healing sports pains, with parents caring for children with autism, and with children suffering anxiety, exam stress, and other issues. There really are no set criteria for the people who I see every day.  I love helping each person achieve their health and wellbeing goal. Working with children, or helping parents and carers to build closer bonds with their child, is incredible rewarding, and makes a real difference to their lives.

If you are looking for greater balance, and to improve your wellbeing, I can help
